Spin Galvanizing

Spin Galvanizing is a variation of hot-dip galvanizing used for small parts like bolts, nuts, and brackets.

The Problem: Dipping small parts leaves drips and excess zinc that ruin the fit.

The Solution: Immediately after dipping, the basket of parts is spun at high speed in a centrifuge. The centrifugal force throws off the excess zinc, leaving a clean, threaded part that fits perfectly.
