Green House Structure
Green house structure refers to the skeletal framework of agricultural greenhouses, designed to maximize sunlight transmission while withstanding humidity.
Engineering Challenge: The structure must support the weight of the glazing (glass or plastic) and hanging crops, while resisting the highly corrosive, humid air inside.
Solution: Pre-galvanized (GI) or hot-dip galvanized steel tubes are the industry standard here. Their zinc coating creates a sacrificial barrier that prevents the steel from rusting, ensuring the structure lasts for decades without painting.
