In-line Galvanizing

In-line galvanizing is a continuous coating process where steel tubing is galvanized (coated with zinc) immediately after being welded, while still on the production line.

How it works: As the tube exits the welding station, it passes through a bath of molten zinc. This ensures the weld seam is protected instantly.

Benefit: It is faster and more uniform than dipping finished pipes in batches, creating a smooth, shiny finish ideal for conduit and fence tubing.
